    Will describe the export-support activities JMT performs for transactions originating in Japan, including documentation coordination and B/L management.

  2. 2.Buyer import responsibility

    Will set out that import licensing, customs clearance, and destination-country regulatory requirements remain the buyer's responsibility unless separately agreed.

  3. 3.Sanctions and restricted countries

    Will describe the sanctions screening JMT performs, the categories of restricted destinations, and the effect of an active sanctions flag on a transaction.

  4. 4.Documentation

    Will list the documents JMT produces or coordinates for an export transaction (B/L, invoice, packing list as applicable) and the chain of custody.

  5. 5.Shipping and loading

    Will describe the coordination JMT performs for inland transport, loading, and container arrangements, including where seller responsibility ends and ocean carrier responsibility begins.

  6. 6.Duties, taxes, and local charges

    Will set out that import duties, destination taxes, port charges, and any local clearance fees are buyer-side responsibilities unless explicitly itemised in the quotation.

  7. 7.Inspection and condition disclosure

    Will describe the seller's condition disclosure obligation, JMT's role in surfacing condition information, and the relationship to any independent inspection arranged by the buyer.
